螺丝椒种质多样性分析及专项核心种质构建 被引量:6

Genetic Diversity Analysis and Special Core Collection Construction of Spiral Pepper Germplasms

摘要 为了加强对螺丝椒种质资源的利用,提高育种效率,以收集到的45份螺丝椒种质资源为供试材料,对其20个表型性状进行多样性分析。结果表明,螺丝椒种质的遗传多样性丰富,数量性状的多样性普遍高于质量性状,多样性指数最高的质量性状和数量性状分别是青熟果色(1. 343)和果纵径(2. 035),变异系数最大的是果形指数(35. 78%)。对螺丝椒种质进行聚类分析,可将它们分为2个类群,类群Ⅰ的种质果实较细长,果形偏长指形,而类群Ⅱ的种质果实较短粗,果形偏长牛角形或长羊角形,类群Ⅱ可再分为2个子类群,其中类群Ⅱ-2的种质株型比较高大,这些种质可以分别用于不同果形和株型的育种实践。使用逐步聚类随机取样法(LDSS),按照不同的取样比例构建螺丝椒专项核心种质,当取样比例为30%时,候选种质的多样性比较丰富(1. 287),89. 83%的表型得到保留,极差符合率较高(93. 50%),变异系数较大(23. 23%),适宜作为专项核心种质。 In order to strengthen the utilization of germplasms and improve breeding efficiency,45 spiral pepper germplasms were collected to identify their 20 phenotypic traits.Shannon-wiener index calculation revealed a broad diversity among these spiral peppers.The diversity of quantitative traits was higher than qualitative traits.The genetic diversity indexes of fruit color(1.343)and fruit length(2.035)was the highest in qualitative traits and quantitative traits,respectively.Fruit shape index showed the biggest variation coefficient(35.78%).Based on the results of cluster analysis,the spiral pepper germplasms were divided into 2 groups,and groupⅡwas further divided into 2 subgroups.The germplasms in groupⅠhad long and thin fruits which looked like fingers,but groupⅡhad short and thick fruits which looked like cow’s or goat’s horn.The germplasms in groupⅡ-2 had taller plant height and larger leaves.These germplasms could be used as breeding varieties for special fruit shape or plant shape.A special core collection was constructed using least distance stepwise sampling(LDSS)method.When 30%of the whole germplasms were sampled,the candidate collection showed broad diversity(1.287),high ratio of retained phenotype(89.83%),high coincidence rate of range(93.50%),and larg coefficient of variation(23.23%).Therefore the candidate collection LDSS(30%)was considered as the best option.
