现阶段预防医学人才培养模式对实践操作能力影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解现阶段预防医学人才培养模式对学生实践能力的影响,为提高其大学生实践操作能力的教学方法探索提供参考依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对新疆某医学高等院校部分专业的588名在校学生进行面对面调查。结果预防医学专业实习有无必要,大多数受访者认为有必要,有20.6%认为无必要;大多数受访者了解或者非常了解"预防医学培养模式";认为"基础+临床+预防"培养体系合理的比例最高,其次是"临床+预防"。认为现阶段的预防医学的培养模式部分提高了实践技能的受访者比例最高;目前预防医学的教学模式的优势主要体现可操作性强、针对性高、专业性强、教学效果好;大部分受访者和导师就某个问题探讨过,超半数认为导师制对提高以理论知识和实践能力方面起到了积极作用。结论在构建应用型的预防医学专业人才培养模式中,应该注重在教授理论知识和实践操作的过程,两者统一,以更好地帮助培养学生的择业观和就业。 Objective To know the effect of training model of predictive medical talents on the practical operation abilities currently thus providing reference for improving the exploration of teaching method of practical operation abilities of their college students.Methods 588 cases of college students in some majors in Xinjiang Medical College were for face-to-face investigation by the self-made questionnaire.Results The majority of subjects supposed it was necessary to carry out the preventive medical major,20.6%supposed it was not necessary,and the majority of subjects knew or mostly knew the preventive medical training model,and supposed the ratio of“basic+clinic+prevention”training system was the highest,and the second was the“clinic+prevention”,and the ratio of subjects who supposed that the training model of preventive medicine currently improved the practical skill was the highest,currently,the advantages of preventive medical teachi8gn model were mainly embodies in the strong operation,high target,strong profession,and good teaching effect,and most subjects and tutors had studied a certain issue,and more than half supposed the tutor system was of positive significance to improving the theoretical knowledge and practical abilities.Conclusion We should attach importance to teaching the theoretical knowledge and practical operation in constructing the applied preventive medical professional training model,to better help students build a correct job selection and employment view.
