生活垃圾焚烧飞灰制备植草砖的研究 被引量:7

摘要 以生活垃圾焚烧飞灰为主要原料制备植草砖。通过单因素实验考察了灰矿比、激发剂投加量、加水量和养护温度对植草砖抗压强度的影响;在最佳条件下,利用X射线衍射(XRD)仪探究植草砖在不同龄期的水化产物,并通过浸出实验对试样的重金属浸出进行检测分析,通过吸水率和抗冻性测试植草砖的性能。结果表明:在标准养护条件下,当灰矿比(质量比)为7∶3、激发剂投加量(质量分数)为3.0%、加水量(质量分数)为35.5%、养护温度为30℃时,28d可制备抗压强度达23.655 MPa的植草砖;在最佳条件下,植草砖在不同龄期的主要水化产物均为C—S—H凝胶,试样浸出结果低于《危险废物鉴别标准浸出毒性鉴别》(GB5085.3—2007)中各项限值,其抗压强度、吸水率和抗冻性均满足《植草砖》(NY/T 1253—2006)的要求。 This paper focused on the preparation of grass-planting tiles utilizing MSWI fly ash as the main raw material.The effects of ash ratio,activator addition,water addition and curing temperature on the compressive strength of grass-planting tiles were investigated through single-factor experiment.Under the optimum condition,X-ray diffraction(XRD)was used to detect the hydration products of grass-planting tiles at different ages,and the leaching of heavy metals from samples were shifted out by leaching experiments for test analysis.The performance of grass-planting tiles was tested by water-absorption and frost-resistance test.The results showed that,under the standard curing condition,with ash ratio 7∶3,activator addition 3.0%,water addition 35.5%,curing temperature 30℃,the 28 d compressive strength of the material reached up to 23.655 MPa,the main hydration products in different ages were C-S-H gel,the leaching results of the samples were lower than the limits stipulated in the“Hazardous waste identification standard leaching toxicity identification”(GB 5085.3-2007),and the compressive strength,water-absorption and frost-resistance met the requirements in“Grass-planting tiles”(NY/T 1253-2006).
