摘要
针对传统的微喷带机械打孔机在打孔过程中存在的打孔针更换麻烦、打孔精度不高和工作效率低等问题,设计了一款微喷带激光打孔机。其机械部分以抻带机构、垂直进给机构与牵引带机构三个部分为主,控制部分以触控一体机与触摸屏为上位机,以SZ-B-V4数字控制卡和PLC为下位机,共同控制激光发生器、激光扫描振镜和伺服电动机实现高速精密打孔,设计了触摸屏与PLC程序。经调试及应用,在速度10m/min^30m/min下,该装置实现了对通孔直径0.2mm^1mm打孔的功能,且打孔圆度比较理想,大大提高了打孔加工效率,推动了微喷带的普及。
Aiming to problems such as the trouble of punching needle punching,the high punching precision and the low working efficiency in the process of perforating the punching machine,the traditional micro-sprayed mechanical punching machine has been designed.The mechanistic design part of the laser drilling machine is mainly composed of three parts:the belt-bearing mechanism,the vertical feed mechanism and the traction belt mechanism.The control part is the touch machine and the touch screen as the host computer.The SZ-B-V4 digital controller card and PLC for the lower computer,common control laser generator,laser scanning galvanometer and servo motor to realize high-speed precision drilling,and the design of the touch screen and PLC program.With the debugging and application,the device has achieved the function of perforating the hole diameter of 0.2mm^1mm at the speed of 10m/min^30m/min,and the punching roundness is ideal,which greatly improves drilling efficiency,the popularity of micro-spray zone.
