不同品种核桃青皮中主要功能性成分含量测定及分析 被引量:12

摘要 为明确国内核桃主栽区核桃青皮主要成分,采用紫外-分光光度计对云南、陕西、山西等6个国内核桃主栽区的40个核桃青皮试样进行分析。结果表明,黄酮含量最高的是云南省的,平均含量20. 198mg/g,含量最低的是四川省的(14. 429mg/g),除云南外其它5省区平均含量为17. 713mg/g;单宁含量最高的是山西的(12. 636mg/g),含量最低的是四川的(5. 391mg/g),平均含量为10. 318mg/g;胡桃醌含量最高的是山西的(0. 097mg/g),含量最低的是新疆的(0. 015mg/g),平均含量为0. 044mg/g。该研究系统测定了国内主栽核桃品种青皮的3种主要功能成分,为核桃废弃物的利用及青皮产品的开发提供一定的理论依据。 The ultraviolet spectrophotometer was used to analyze 40 walnut green peel samples from 6 main walnut production areas such as Yunnan,Shaanxi and Shanxi.The results showed that the highest content of flavonoids was in Yunnan province with the average content of 20.198mg/g,the lowest content was in Sichuan province with average of 14.429mg/g.Except Yunnan,the average content of the other 5 provinces was 17.713mg/g.The highest tannin content was in Shanxi(12.636mg/g),the lowest content was in Sichuan(5.391mg/g),the average content was 10.318mg/g.The highest content of walnut quinone was in Shanxi(0.097mg/g),the lowest content was in Xinjiang(0.015mg/g),the average content was 0.044mg/g.In this study,the main functional components of green skin from the main walnut varieties in China were studied,and this could provide a theoretical basis for further utilization of walnut waste and the development of the green leather products.
