浅谈医学生如何做好实验型创新训练计划项目 被引量:3

摘要 当今社会正在逐渐向创新型社会转变,而大学生作为社会的主体之一,良好的科研素养和创新能力是必不可少的品质。大学生创新训练计划项目是大学生形成创新意识、锻炼实践操作能力和灵活运用所学理论知识的重要途径,旨在提高大学生的综合素质和科研涵养,提升导师的教学能力和科研水平,促进教研一体化,为国家培育德才兼备、知行合一的创新型人才。根据参与大学生创新训练计划项目的体验,分析学生、指导老师及学校等方面所出现的问题,并从宣传动员、个人兴趣、科研心态、项目选题、团队协作等方面探讨大学生如何做好实验型创新训练计划项目。 Today’s society is gradually transforming into an innovative society.Good scientific literacy and innovation ability are essential for college students,who act as one of the main bodies of society.College Students'innovation training program is an important way to form innovative awareness,practice practical skills and apply theoretical knowledge flexibly they have learned.It aims to improve the comprehensive quality and scientific research conservation of college students,the teaching ability and scientific research level of instructors,and promote the integration of teaching and research.In order to cultivate innovative talents with both moral integrity and ability,knowledge and practice.According to the experience of participating in college students'innovative training program,problems in all aspects were analyzed,including students,instructors,schools,etc.And discuss how to do well the experimental innovative training program project for college students from the aspects of publicity mobilization,personal interest,scientific research mentality,topic selection,team cooperation and so on.
