摘要
介绍了管线阀门的抗外载荷试验技术要求,以及通过有限元方法实现试验模拟的详细过程和具体的评估方法,然后以轴流式止回阀为例详述了此方法的实现过程。此方法为验证管线阀门的抗外载荷能力提供了新的途径。
This paper introduces the technical requirements for external load resistance test of pipeline valve,further puts forward the detailed process of test simulation using FE methods and the specific method of safety evaluation,and then describes the realization process of this method in detail by taking the axial-flow check valve as an example.The method provides a new approach to verify the resistance of pipeline valve to external load.
