摘要
针对隧道钻爆法施工中振动对新浇混凝土强度和耐久性的影响,在分析振动荷载对新浇混凝土水化反应影响机制的基础上,设计新浇混凝土爆破振动损伤累积模拟试验,对试块施加多次模拟爆破振动荷载,分析多次振动荷载对新浇混凝土强度和耐久性的影响。结果表明:(1)多次振动荷载作用下,新浇混凝土强度和耐久性随着振动速度的增加先增大后减小。振动速度V≤1.0 cm/s时,振动荷载有利于混凝土强度和耐久性的提升;振动速度V≥1.5 cm/s时,振动损伤累积劣化效应显现,混凝土强度和耐久性降低,且高强混凝土较普通混凝土损伤劣化更加明显。(2)结合工程实践条件,新浇混凝土爆破振动速度应控制在1.5 cm/s以内。
Aiming at the influence of vibration load on the strength and durability of new concrete during the tunnel drill and blast construction,based on the analysis of the influence mechanism of vibration load on the hydration reaction of new concrete,the blasting vibration simulation test was designed,and the effect of multiple vibration loads on the strength and durability of new concrete was analyzed.The results show that:(1)Under the multiple vibration loads,the strength and durability of new concrete increase firstly and then decrease with the increase of vibration velocity.When the vibration velocity is less than 1.0 cm/s,vibration loads are beneficial to improve the strength and durability of new concrete.However,when the vibration velocity is more than 1.5 cm/s,the deterioration effect of vibration damage accumulation begin to appear,the strength and durability of new concrete decrease,and the deterioration effect of the high-strength concrete is more obvious than the ordinary concrete.(2)Considering the blasting engineering practice,the blasting vibration velocity of new concrete should be controlled within 1.5 cm/s.
