摘要
史载蒙元时期葡萄酒已成为蒙古宫廷的珍贵酒品,葡萄酒在宫廷、官府及百姓日常生活中均有着一定的流传,葡萄酒酿造技艺得以广泛普及。通过对此时期有关葡萄酒诗词的收集和整理,可探知葡萄及葡萄酒文化虽然在蒙元时期得以发展和流传,但流传的范围却是相当有限,现有史料很难确切说清蒙古族是否掌握了种植葡萄和酿造葡萄酒的方法和制作技艺,受根深蒂固的马奶酒文化的影响,时人对葡萄及葡萄酒的关注存在很大的局限性。
According to historical documents,wine was a popular type of alcoholic beverage inMongolian royal court,and circulated among the government officials and commonpeople in Yuan Dynasty.The wine brewing skills spread widely at that time.Based on a detailed collection and collation of the poems concerning wine in that time,it was concluded that the wine was not so popular among common people but inthe royal court and nobles then.People paid limited attention to grapes and wines in Yuan Dynasty because of the influence of kumiss culture.
