纯电动拖拉机机电耦合系统非线性振动分析 被引量:3

Nonlinear Vibration Analysis of Electromechanical Coupling System of Pure Electric Tractor

摘要 针对低速重载起步工况下纯电动拖拉机机电耦合传动系统受到非周期冲击干扰力作用,产生较大强度动载荷并引起非线性扭振,严重影响纯电动拖拉机机电耦合传动系统可靠性和耐久性的问题,考虑转子扭转角与电磁转矩的耦合影响,建立纯电动拖拉机机电耦合传动系统非线性扭转振动模型,求解无扰动Hamilton系统的平衡点;利用Melnikov法求解分岔阈值曲线,分析动态机械负载对纯电动拖拉机机电耦合传动系统非线性动力学行为的影响。研究结果表明:纯电动拖拉机机电耦合传动系统具有周期、拟周期和混沌等复杂的动力学行为:当动态机械负载f<3.6时,系统为一周期运动;3.6<f<4时为拟周期运动,f进一步增加时逐渐变为混沌运动,增大到一定值时甚至会出现混沌运动的情况。 In allusion to the problem that the electromechanical coupling system of the pure electric tractor under the low speed and heavy load condition was affected by the non-periodic impact interference force,which produced the strong dynamic load,caused the nonlinear torsional vibration and had serious influence on the reliability and durability of the electromechanical coupling system of the pure electric tractor,the nonlinear torsional vibration model of electromechanical coupling system of pure electric tractor was established to solve the equilibrium point of the undisturbed Hamiltonian system,considering the coupling effect of rotor torsional angle and the electromagnetic torque.And the Melnikov method was adopted to calculate the bifurcation threshold curve,which further analyzed the influence of dynamic mechanical load on the nonlinear dynamic behavior of electromechanical coupling drive system of a pure electric tractor.The research results indicate that the electromechanical coupling drive system of pure electric tractor is characterized by the complex dynamic behaviors such as periodicity,quasi-period and chaos.If the dynamic mechanical load f<3.6,the system is a periodic motion;if 3.6<f<4,it is a quasi-periodic motion;if f is further increased,it becomes chaotic motion gradually.And chaotic motion even occurs when f is increased to a certain value.
