摘要
针对某厂商研制的商用车"笼式"骨架驾驶室,为验证驾驶室的结构安全性能,进行前围摆锤撞击仿真分析,仿真结果表明,该驾驶室未发生破坏,零部件未脱落,但前围结构出现干涉假人生存空间的现象。为提高碰撞后假人的生存空间,提出增加前围吸能盒的设计,在仿真环境与实车试验中验证了驾驶室前围吸能盒的设计对于改善假人生存空间的效果,对比试验与仿真结果,两者在碰撞后的变形趋势与试验假人生存空间方面都极为接近,验证了仿真模型的可信性。
To verify safety performance of a new designed cage-type commercial vehicle cabin,front impact simulation was conducted.The cab maintained integrity,no component splashed but interference between dash and dummy emerged in the front impact simulation.Crash-boxes on the dash were proposed.Simulation and test of this new dash were conducted.The improved dash was met well with the regulation of dummy living space in both simulation and test conclusion.The creditability of cabin FE model was verified after conclusion comparison of simulation and test which had a similar deformation trend and dummy live space.
