摘要
行动研究在国外图书馆应用实践从2005年起逐渐增多,国内鲜有图书馆行动研究的实践探索。文章从行动研究的内涵、特征入手,探讨图书馆实施行动研究的意义,梳理国内外图书馆应用行动研究的三种情境,归纳图书馆在实施行动研究过程中面临的挑战,提出图书馆进行行动研究的具体实施步骤。
The application of action research in foreign libraries has gradually increased since 2005,but there are few practice and exploration in China.Starting with the connotation and characteristics of action research,this paper illustrates the significance of action research for libraries.It sorts out three application scenarios at home and abroad,summarizes the challenges confronted by libraries when putting the action research into practice,and proposes specific procedures for carrying out action research in libraries.
