摘要
为检测东北地区135株狐源大肠杆菌主要毒力基因,并研究其流行情况,采用PCR法检测分析了狐源大肠杆菌irp2,fyu A,fim H,iuc D,iss,ybt A 6个毒力基因。结果显示irp2,fyu A, fim H, iuc D, iss, ybt A的阳性率分别为42. 22%, 9. 63%, 41. 48%,12. 59%,0. 07%,8. 15%,黏附相关基因fim H及铁载体相关基因irp2检出率较高,fim H,irp2是狐源大肠杆菌主要毒力基因。
To detect the virulence genes of 135 strains of Escherichia coli in foxes from northeastern China and study its epidemic situation,we detected six virulence genes of the E.coli Irp 2,fyuA,fimH,iucD,iss,and ybtA by polymerase chain reaction(PCR).The positive rates of irp 2,fyuA,fimH,iucD,iss,and ybtA were 42.2%,9.6%,41.5%,12.6%,0.1%,and 8.2%,respectively.We found that adhesion-associated gene fimH and siderophore-associated gene irp 2 had high detection rates.fimH and irp 2 were the main virulence genes of fox-origin E.coli.
