摘要

In recent years,the Party Committee of the Fourth Branch of the China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co.Ltd.grasped the key point of“setting up the root and casting the soul,fixing the root”,starting from the basic organization,basic system and basic team,took the party constitution and the party discipline as the criterion to promote the continuous advance for“two ways of learning and one action”education,seized the root of the party branch,inspired the“vigor”of the Party members,strengthened the foundation of the Party construction,played the role of party building,and constantly made the party’s political advantage into competitive advantage and organizational advantage.It ensures the healthy development of enterprise.
