摘要
在配电网调度中引入智能负荷,有助于充分利用新能源发电和减少调度备用机组。归纳分布式能源发电和负荷特点,介绍了智能负荷及其在配电网调度中的应用。针对新能源分布式特点,在含分布式能源接入的配电网调度中采用多智能体系统。多智能体系统所具有的协调性可以取得良好的配电网调度效果,而且单个智能体也可以利用自身的自主性和学习经验参与配电网调度。设计了基于多智能体技术的配电网调度控制系统和实现流程。采用含分布式能源接入的配电网算例,验证智能负荷在配电网调度中的有效性。
The introduction of smart loads in distribution network dispatch helps to make full use of new energy generation and reduce the dispatch of standby units.This paper summarizes the characteristics of distributed energy generation and load,and introduces the intelligent load and its application in distribution network dispatching.The new energy distribution network scheduling adopts multi-agent system to fit the new energy distribution characteristics.Multi-agent system can achieve a good distribution network scheduling effect for coordination characteristics,and a single agent can also use its own autonomy and learning experience to participate in distribution network scheduling.This paper designs a distribution network scheduling control system and implementation process based on multi-agent technology.An example of distribution network with distributed energy access is used to verify the effectiveness of intelligent load in distribution network scheduling.
