摘要
动物胚胎体外生产技术为精卵受精、早期胚胎发育分化、早期胚胎性别控制机理等基础理论的研究及临床生产实践提供了重要的手段。虽然该技术在绵羊上的研究已经取得了许多进展,但目前其卵裂率、囊胚率仍然较低,尤其新疆多浪羊体外受精的研究更是不足。本试验以屠宰场多浪羊废弃卵巢为材料,通过卵母细胞体外成熟、体外受精及胚胎发育技术建立了南疆多浪羊早期胚胎体外生产技术体系,为新疆多浪羊高繁殖力的研究及繁殖潜能的发挥提供了材料及理论基础。
It is the technology of animal embryo in vitro production that provides an important research method for basic theory research and clinical practice of fertilization,early embryo differentiation and early embryonic gender control mechanism.Although the research of sheep has got a lot of progress,its cleavage rate and blastocyst rate are still low at present,especially in vitro fertilization of Dolang sheep of Xinjiang.The experiment has established the early embryo in vitro production technology of Dolang sheep of Xinjiang by in vitro maturation of oocytes,in vitro fertilization and embryo development technique,which provided the basic for research of theoretical foundation and reproductive potential about high fecundity on Dolang sheep.
