摘要
在建立直动式溢流阀动态数学模型的基础上,运用Amesim软件建立仿真模型,并对直动式溢流阀的阻尼孔直径、阀芯质量、阀芯直径、弹簧刚度等参数进行分析,获得各个参数对其动态性能的影响,为直动式溢流阀的设计和选择提供依据。
On the basis of establishing the dynamic mathematical model of the direct relief valve,the simulation model is established by using the Amesim software in this paper.Parameters such as the damping hole diameter,the valve core quality,the valve core diameter,the spring stiffness of the direct relief valve are analyzed so as to obtain the influence of various parameters on the dynamic performance,which could provide a basis for selection and design of the direct relief valve.
