摘要
"商旅文"融合发展,是新时期促进商业、旅游和文化共同发展的重要抓手。广西整体"商旅文"融合,存在商业经济欠发达、"商旅文"融合发展整体战略尚未形成、联合工作机制尚未构建、"商旅文"融合区域发展不平衡、"商旅文"融合层次较低的问题,但在"商旅文"综合体、特色镇、历史文化街区建设方面也有一些成功经验。建议采取政府做好顶层设计、行业坚持示范引领、传统商业转型升级、积极引进新兴"商旅文"项目、打造"商旅文"融合发展平台等措施,促进广西商业、旅游和文化产业融合发展。
The integration of commerce,tourism and culture is an important way to promote the common development of commerce,tourism and culture in the new era.In terms of commerce,tourism and cultural integration in Guangxi as a whole,there are still some problems,such as underdeveloped commercial economy,unsettled development strategy of commerce,tourism and cultural integration,unsettled joint working mechanism,unbalanced development of commerce,tourism and cultural integration regions,and low level of commerce,tourism and cultural integration.There are also some successful experiences in the construction of industrial,tourist and cultural complexes,Characteristic Towns and historical and cultural blocks.It is suggested that the government should do a good job in top-level design,adhere to the demonstration and guidance of the industry,upgrade the transformation of traditional commerce,actively introduce new business,tourism and cultural projects,create a commercial,tourism and cultural integration and development platform to promote the integration of commercial,tourism and cultural industries in Guangxi.
