摘要
文中阐述了传统挣值法在项目管理中的重要性,并指出挣值法无法识别微小偏差的弊端。通过梳理挣值法与统计过程控制原理,选定单值——移动极差控制图进行挣值法参数的监控,并结合数据正态检验及非正态样本的正态转换,提出并论证了挣值法与控制图相结合的成本——进度控制方法。
Firstly,this paper states the importance of traditional earned value method in project management and points out its drawback in identifying small deviations.Then by analyzing the principle of earned value management and statistical process control,the paper selects X-Rs Chart to monitor the parameters of earned value management.Finally,through the data normality test and non-normal data transformation,it proposes and verifies the cost-progress control method of combining earned value management and control chars.
