不同海拔下双VGT两级可调增压柴油机性能仿真研究

Simulation Study on Performance of Double VGT Two-stage Adjustable Turbocharged Diesel Engine at Different Altitudes

摘要 依据柴油机各工况高、低压级VGT叶片开度控制策略,基于GT-Power柴油机一维热力循环仿真软件,开展双VGT两级可调增压柴油机高海拔性能研究,分析高、低压级VGT叶片至最佳开度对柴油机性能的影响。研究表明,在5500m海拔高度,柴油机动力性得到提升,柴油机功率恢复至平原95%;柴油机经济性有所改善,在5500m,800r/min-1200r/min,燃油消耗率降低11.24%-33.62%。 According to the high-and low-pressure VGT blade opening control strategy of diesel engine under various working conditions,based on the one-dimensional thermodynamic cycle simulation software of GT-Power diesel engine,the high-altitude performance of the dual-VGT two-stage adjustable turbocharged diesel engine was studied.This paper analyzes the influence of high and low pressure VGT blades to the optimal opening on diesel engine performance.Studies have shown that at 5500m altitude,diesel engine power is improved and diesel engine power is restored to 95%of the plain.The economic efficiency of the diesel engine has improved.At 5500m,800r/min-1200r/min,the fuel consumption rate has decreased by 11.24%-33.62%.
