摘要 基于国产无轨胶轮车的低智能化、高耗油量、重尾气污染以及低排放标准等问题,提出了机电液一体化的柴油机单轨吊的高端产品。首先阐述了柴油机单轨吊的主要结构,之后对其特点与技术性能进行深入分析,通过其合理的利用实现了矿井污染、耗油以及成本的有效降低,并极大地改善了矿井下的工作环境,从而带动了经济效益的提升。 Based on the problems of low intelligence,high fuel consumption,heavy tail gas pollution and low emission standards of domestic trackless rubber tires,the high-end products of monorail hoists for diesel engines with electromechanical and hydraulic integration are proposed.This article first elaborated the main structure of the diesel monorail hoist.Afterwards,the characteristics and technical performance of the diesel engine were analyzed in-depth.Through its reasonable utilization,the mine pollution,fuel consumption and cost were effectively reduced,and the mine work was greatly improved.The environment has led to an increase in economic efficiency.
