基于秩和比综合评价法的用户谐波危害分级评估 被引量:4

摘要 为了量化用户谐波发射水平,整体评估用户谐波危害,提出了一种基于秩和比综合评价法的用户谐波危害评估新方法。该方法通过分析海量电能质量监测数据的时变特性评估不确定性的用户谐波注入水平,首先采用主成分分析在频域上提取检测数据主要谐波特征量,基于主特征量采用聚类分析手段在时域上挖掘谐波用户运行典型模态,建立了用户谐波污染危害的典型运行模态的统计模型。继而利用秩和比综合评价法辨识用户典型运行模态参数,并提出了一种新的危害评估指标,结合用户多日的危害污染程度进行危害分级评估。通过算法仿真和算例分析验证了该方法的可行性和有效性,结果定量确定了用户谐波危害的分级标准。 For quantifying harmonic emission level,and evaluating overall the harmonic level of the user,in this paper,a new evaluation method for the user harmonic based on rank sum ratio comprehensive evaluation method is proposed.In this method,the uncertain user harmonic injection level is defined by the analysis of time-varying characteristics of massive power quality monitoring data.Firstly,the principal component analysis is used to extract the original data in the frequency domain and the cluster analysis is used to divide the harmonic typical model in the time domain based on the main feature.Then the statistical model of typical operating modes for harmonic pollution of users is established and the model parameters are identified by the rank sum ratio comprehensive evaluation method.After that,the typical operation modal parameter is identified by the use of rank sum ratio comprehensive evaluation method.A kind of new hazard evaluation index is proposed and the hazard grade evaluation is performed by the multiple days of hazard pollution degree of the user.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method is analyzed and verified by the algorithm simulation and calculation analysis and the grade criterion of user harmonics is quantitatively determined.
