摘要
当前我国正在全面推进智慧城市建设、多规合一和大数据的融合发展,基于二维图纸审查的传统审查模式已经无法满足新形势下城市建设管理部门对城市多维度精细化管理的需求。BIM技术因其精细的几何信息、丰富的语义信息,可以满足新形势下的规划管理目标。本文从规划审查的建筑面积类规范着手,以《建筑工程建筑面积计算规范》GBT 50353—2013和《重庆市城市规划管理技术规定》为例,尝试利用BIM技术的几何与语义信息的自动获取,探索BIM三维环境下建筑面积的审查方法,为三维的规划审查提供有效的技术支撑。
At present,China is comprehensively promoting the development of smart city construction,multi-regulation and integration of big data.The traditional approcal model based on two-dimensional drawings review has been unable to meet the needs of urban construction management departments for multi-dimensional and meticulous management under the new situation.Because of its fine geometric information and rich semantic information,BIM technology can meet the planning management objectives under the new situation.This article starts from the rule of building area planning approcal,using the Code for the calculation of architectural engineering building area and City Planning Management Technology Regulations in Chongqing as examples,tries to use the automatic acquisition of geometric and semantic information of BIM technology,to explore the method of examining the building area under the BIM threedimensional environment.BIM’s approval method of building area in 3D environment provides effective technical support for 3D planning approval.
