摘要
目的:探讨摩罗丹蜜丸联合阿莫西林治疗幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床效果。方法:80例Hp阳性CAG患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组予摩罗丹蜜丸和阿莫西林联合治疗,对照组只给予单纯阿莫西林治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、Hp根除率。结果:治疗组总有效率(92.5%)高于对照组的75.0%(P <0.05),治疗组Hp根除率(90.0%)高于对照组的70.0%(P <0.05)。结论:摩罗丹蜜丸联合阿莫西林治疗Hp阳性CAG,可以改善治疗效果,提高Hp根除率,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Moluo Dan(摩罗丹蜜丸)and amoxicillin on CAG of Hp-positive.Methods:80 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Moluo Dan and amoxicillin.The control group was treated with amoxicillin only.The treatment effect and eradication rate of Hp between two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 92.5%in the treatment group and higher than 75.0%in the control group(P<0.05).The eradication rate of Hp was 90.0%in the treatment group and higher than 70.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Moluo Dan and amoxicillin can improve the effect and the eradication rate of Hp,and is worthy of clinical popularization.
