摘要
目的:研究苁蓉精对帕金森患者肌强直、震颤症状的治疗效果。方法:对1例以双上肢震颤、肌强直为主要临床表现的帕金森患者应用中药治疗的全过程进行分析,并搜索相关文献进行归纳总结复习。结果:西药治疗帕金森病有不同程度的副作用,中西医结合治疗帕金森病在临床中取得了较好的疗效,成为治疗帕金森病的有效策略。结论:苁蓉精能较好的改善帕金森病患者的肌强直、震颤症状。
Objective:To observe clinical effects of Congrong Jing(苁蓉精)on muscular rigidity and tremor symptom caused by PD.Methods:The whole process of appling TCM medicine to treat muscular rigidity and tremor symptom caused by PD was assaied.Relevant literature was researched,summaried and reviewed.Results:There were side effects of different levels for treating PD with routine western medicine,and integrative medicine on PD was effective,and worthy of promotion.Conclusion:Congrong Jing can significantly improve muscular rigidity and tremor symptom caused by PD.
