摘要
为了研究水电站厂房振动过程中电站机组轴系及其支承体系的耦联作用,分别对不考虑机组支承体系的厂房结构(方案A)、简化机组支承体系的厂房结构(方案B)、有完整机组轴系及其支承体系的厂房结构(方案C)三种方案进行动力分析,计算厂房结构的自振特性和在机组径向荷载作用下的动力响应。结果表明,三种方案下厂房整体自振频率及振型表现基本一致,机组轴系及其支承体系对厂房整体结构自振特性无明显影响,但是对厂房局部振动尤其是与机组支承体系相连接的局部结构自振频率与振型会产生一定影响。在计算机组径向荷载作用下的厂房动力反应时,方案A典型部位位移最小,方案C较大,方案B最大,说明在计算机组荷载作用下的厂房动力响应时需要考虑机组轴系及其支承体系的作用。考虑到建立完整机组支承体系过程较为复杂,建议在计算过程中采用简化的机组支承体系进行厂房结构动力分析。
In order to study the effect of the coupling between the shaft system of hydro-generating unit and its supporting system during the vibration process of powerhouse of hydropower station,the relevant dynamic analyses are respectively made on three schemes,i.e.the powerhouse structure without consideration of the supporting system for hydro-generating unit(Scheme A),the powerhouse structure with simplified supporting system for hydro-generating unit(Scheme B)and the powerhouse structure with complete shaft system and its supporting system for hydro-generating unit(Scheme C),from which the self-vibration characteristics of powerhouse structure and its dynamic response under the radial load from hydro-generating unit are calculated herein.The results show that in the cases of the three schemes,the overall self-vibration frequencies and the vibration patterns of the powerhouse are basically consistent,while no any obvious impacts are there from the shaft system of hydro-generating unit and its supporting system on the overall structure of powerhouse,but certain impacts are to be there on the local vibration of powerhouse,especially on the self-vibration frequency and vibration pattern of the local structure connected with the supporting system of hydro-generating unit.During calculating the dynamic response of powerhouse under the effect of the radial load from hydro-generating unit,the displacement at typical location is smallest for the Scheme A,relatively larger for the Scheme B and largest for the Scheme C,which indicates that the effects from the shaft system of hydro-generating unit and its supporting system are necessary to be considered during calculating the dynamic response of powerhouse under the effect of the load from hydro-generating unit.As the process of establishing an overall supporting system of hydro-generating unit is considered to be complicated,it is suggested that the simplified supporting system of hydro-generating unit can be adopted for the dynamic analysis on the powerhouse structure during the calculation concerned.
