非一体式钢球型钢板防翘曲装置研究

Research on Anti-warpage Device Made of Non-integrated Steel Ball for Protective Steel Plate of Lock Wall

摘要 针对船闸闸墙防护钢板翘曲问题,结合某工程实例,设计了一种非一体式钢球型钢板防翘曲装置,安装在防护钢板接缝处,将船舶与钢板之间的滑动摩擦转变为滚动摩擦,并验算其防翘曲性能和连接轴的强度。结果表明,该装置防翘曲效果良好,安装、拆卸和替换方便,既适用于新船闸的闸墙防护设置,也适用于老船闸的防护改造。 In terms of the warpage problem of protective steel plates of lock walls,an anti-wrapage device made of non-integrated steel ball for protective steel plates of lock walls is designed in terms of a project case.The device is installed in the joint of the protective steel plates and the sliding friction between the ship and the steel plate is transformed into the rolling friction.The warpage resistance and the strength of the connecting shaft are checked.The results show that the anti-warpage effect of this device is good and that it is not only suitable for the installation of the lock wall of new ship locks,but also for the protection and reconstruction of old ship locks.
