摘要
目的探讨系统性助产士门诊服务在改善初产妇分娩过程及分娩结局中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月～2018年6月在我院门诊行产前检查的初产妇200例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例。对照组接受常规产前检查及产前教育,观察组在对照组基础上加以系统性助产士门诊服务,比较两组分娩方式、产程时间、产后出血量及护理总满意度。结果观察组剖宫产率低于对照组,产后出血量明显少与于照组(P<0.05);观察组各产程时间及总产程时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产士门诊可显著促进护患关系和谐发展,有效缩短产程,减少产后出血,降低剖宫产率和提高产科护理服务质量,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the application effect of systematic midwife out-patient service in improving delivery process and delivery outcome of primipara.Methods A total of 200 primiparas from June 2017 to June 2018 in the outpatient department of our hospital were selected randomly divided into control group and observation group,100 cases in each group.The control group was received routine prenatal examination and prenatal education.The observation group was added the systematic midwife outpatient serviceon on basis of the control group.The delivery mode,time of labor,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,and the neonatal score were compared in the two groups.Results The rate of cesarean section in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was significantly lesser than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the time of delivery and the total labor time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The midwife outpatient clinic can promote the harmonious development of the nurse-patient relationship,shorten the production process reduce the postpartum hemorrhage,reduce the rate of cesarean section and improve the quality of obstetric nursing service.It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
