高掺量胶粉改性沥青混合料动态粘弹性分析 被引量:15

Dynamic Viscoelastic Analysis of Modified Asphalt Mixtures with Large Dosage of Rubber Powder

摘要 为了研究高掺量胶粉改性沥青混合料的动态粘弹性特性,选择3种级配和2种掺量的胶粉改性沥青混合料进行AMPT试验,测定混合料的动态模量和相位角,分析级配、胶结料、加载频率和温度对胶粉改性沥青混合料动态响应参数动态模量和相位角的影响。试验表明,级配类型和胶结料分别对胶粉改性沥青混合料的粘弹性具有明显的影响;混合料的动态模量随着加载频率的降低而逐渐减小;随着温度的升高,动态模量逐渐降低。当加载频率一定时,相位角随着试验温度的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势;当加载频率增加时,相位角在低温环境(5℃)时逐渐衰减,相位角在高温环境(35℃、50℃)时逐渐增大,在中间温度(20℃)时呈现先上升后下降的趋势。 In order to study the dynamic viscoelastic properties of high content modified asphalt mixture,the AMPT test was carried out by selecting three gradation and two dosage of rubber powder modified asphalt mixture,the dynamic modulus and phase angle of the mixture were measured,the influence of gradation,cementing material,loading frequency and temperature on the dynamic modulus and phase angle of the modified asphalt mixture is analyzed.Test results show that the gradation type and cementing material have obvious influence on the viscoelasticity of the modified asphalt mixture.The dynamic modulus of the mixture decreases with the decrease of loading frequency.As the temperature increases,the dynamic modulus decreases gradually.When the loading frequency is certain,the phase angle increases first and then decreases with the increase of test temperature.When the loading frequency increases,the phase angle at low temperature(5℃)gradually decay,the phase angle in the environment of high temperature(35℃,50℃)increased gradually the tendency to rise first and then fallin in the middle temperature(20℃).
