摘要
以桂林理工大学博文管理学院土木工程专业人才培养为例,在分析我校土木工程专业学生近年来主导就业岗位去向的基础上,介绍了一些基于岗位匹配的应用型人才培养模式实践的相关做法,探索独立学院土木工程专业人才培养服务区域经济的有效途径。
Taking the training of civil engineering professionals of Guilin University of Technology as an example,based on the analysis of the leading position of civil engineering students in our school in recent years,this paper introduces some relevant methods of practice of the training mode of Applied Talents Based on post matching,and explores the effective ways to train the regional economy of civil engineering professionals in independent colleges.
