摘要
目的分析中西医结合治疗慢性重度盆腔炎的临床疗效及护理效果。方法选取2016年1月—2017年12月医院收治的慢性重度盆腔炎患者52例,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采取常规西药治疗及常规护理方法,观察组则采取中西医结合治疗及针对性护理干预。观察2组患者的临床疗效及对护理的满意率。结果观察组临床疗效及护理满意率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗能够有效提高慢性重度盆腔炎患者的临床疗效;针对性护理干预有助于提高患者对临床护理的满意率。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and nursing effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating chronic severe pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 52 patients with chronic severe pelvic inflammatory disease admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine and routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and targeted nursing intervention.The clinical efficacy and satisfaction rate of the two groups were observed.Results The clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can effectively improve the clinical effect of chronic severe pelvic inflammatory disease,and the pertinent nursing intervention can help to improve the patient's satisfaction to clinical nursing.
