DC-link Voltage Sensorless Model Predictive Current Control for PMSM Drive Systems Based on Sliding-mode MRAS Observer

摘要 为了提升三相永磁同步电机(PMSM)控制系统的性能,针对PMSM控制系统中直流母线电压传感器故障的问题,基于自适应技术与滑模变结构理论,提出了一种无直流母线电压传感器的PMSM模型预测电流控制(MPCC)策略.采用自适应技术与滑模变结构方法相结合构造直流母线电压滑模变结构模型参考自适应(MRAS)观测器,以实现对直流母线电压值的准确实时估计;利用模型预测电流控制策略,以达到减小电流和转矩脉动的目的.用滑模控制技术,在滑模面中引入速度误差积分项,并同时采用非线性指数函数和指数趋近律,设计转速控制器,以提高系统鲁棒性.仿真结果表明:所设计基于滑模MRAS观测器的无直流母线电压传感器MPCC控制策略不仅能够快速准确的估计直流母线电压值,而且能够保证PMSM系统在直流母线电压传感器故障时稳定运行,进一步提高了系统的可靠性. Aiming at the faults of DC link voltage sensor in permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)control system,A DC Link voltage sensorless model predictive current control(MPCC)strategy was put forward based on adaptive technology and sliding mode variable structure theory,in order to improve the performance of the three phase PMSM control system.A sliding mode variable structure model reference adaptive system(MRAS)observer for DC link voltage was constructed through the combination of adaptive technology with sliding mode variable structure method,so as to realize the fast and accurate real time estimation of the DC Link voltage.MPCC control strategy was used to reduce the current and torque ripples.In order to improve the robustness of the system,speed error integrals were introduced into the sliding surface by using sliding mode control technology,and the nonlinear exponential function and exponential reaching law were adopted to design the speed controller.Numerical simulation shows that the designed DC link voltage sensorless MPCC strategy based on sliding mode MRAS observer can be used to accurately estimate the DC link voltage value,ensure the stable operation of PMSM system when DC link voltage sensor fails,and thus further improve the reliability of the system.
