摘要
[目的]调查分析社区老年人对中医治未病与健康管理的认知与需求情况,为进一步提高社区老年人中医治未病与健康管理水平提供参考。[方法]从杭州市5个区各随机抽取2个社区为调查点,以社区中年龄≥60岁的常住老年人为调查对象,发放《社区老年人中医治未病与健康管理认知及需求调查问卷》。[结果] 56%的老年人患有一种或几种常见的慢性病;如果将其纳入医疗保险支付范围情况下,93. 2%的社区老年人有意愿参与中医治未病与健康管理服务;在中医治未病与健康管理干预服务项目认知的调查中,对中医健康教育活动、中医保健服务、中医健康教育资料、中医养生运动的知晓率分别为47. 2%、38. 1%、34. 0%、11. 3%;希望社区卫生服务中心开展的服务主要包括中医保健服务(63. 9%)、中医养生运动(61%)、中医技术指导(54%)、中医情志养生(50. 1%)、中医健康教育(42. 2%)等。[结论]社区老年人对中医治未病与健康管理的认知水平较低,但潜在需求较高,建议以中青年社区居民中医治未病与健康管理为重点,防控老年慢性病;加大政府投入,深化中医治未病与健康管理干预服务的医疗保险支付方式改革;加大中医治未病与健康管理服务的宣传,提高服务的知晓率;社区卫生服务中心要创新中医治未病与健康管理服务供给模式,整合现有资源持续为社区老年人提供服务。
Objective To investigate and analyze the cognition and demands situation of community elderly people to preventive treatment by Chinese traditional medicine and health management so as to provide reference for further improving preventive treatment by Chinese traditional medicine and health management in community elderly people.Methods Random drew 2 communities from 5 communities of Hangzhou as survey points,selected above 60 years old who lived in the community as the survey subjects,and provided“Cognition and Demand Questionnaire on Preventive Treatment by Chinese Traditional Medicine and Health Management”.Results The survey found that 56%of the elderly people had one or more common chronic diseases,93.2%of the community's elders were willing to participate in preventive treatment by Chinese traditional medicine and health management service if it is included in the coverage of medical insurance payment.In the survey of preventive treatment by Chinese traditional medicine and health management,the awareness rate of Chinese traditional medicine health education,Chinese traditional medicine health service,Chinese traditional medicine health educational material and Chinese traditional medicine health athletic was 47.2%,38.1%,34.0%and 11.3 respectively.They hope that community health service center could provide items as follow,Chinese traditional medicine health service(63.9%),Chinese traditional medicine health athletic(61%),Chinese traditional medicine technical guidance(54.0%),Chinese traditional medicine emotions health(50.1%),Chinese traditional medicine health education(42.2%).Conclusions The cognition level of preventive treatment by Chinese traditional medicine and health management in community elderly people is low,but their latent demand is high.It suggests that focuse on preventive treatment by Chinese traditional medicine and health management in young and middle-aged people.Prevent and control chronic diseases in the elderly.Increase government investment.Deepen the reform of medical insurance payment methods for preventive treatment by Chinese traditional medicine and health management.Strengthen the publicity of preventive treatment by Chinese traditional medicine and health management service.Increase the cognition rate of services.Community health service centers should innovate the supply mode of preventive treatment by Chinese traditional medicine and health management service.Integrate resources to provide services sustainably for the elderly people in community.
