中美商业银行衍生品业务比较及启示 被引量：2

摘要 近年来,金融改革在中国的发展进程越来越快,金融衍生品的需求对于国内市场各方来说也越来越迫切,如今的金融衍生品发展到了一个非常好的机遇期。国内商业银行的经营环境随着时间的推移变得复杂,银行业之间的竞争自然是日趋激烈的。我国商业银行要办成真正意义上的金融企业,达到足够能与国外商业银行竞争的资格,就必须提升其赢利能力和竞争能力,开展金融衍生品业务就是有效途径之一。发展金融衍生产品业务已成为我国商业银行加快金融创新、规避金融风险的战略性选择。
