摘要
目的:观察针药结合治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效。方法:104例随机分为两组各52例,两组均用散风解痉方治疗,观察组加用针刺治疗,比较两组临床疗效、疼痛程度及生活质量。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组VAS评分、中医症候积分均降低,且观察组降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组QOL评分均升高,且观察组升高幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针药结合治疗原发性三叉神经痛可提高疗效,减轻疼痛,改善症状。
]Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with drugs on primary trigeminal neuralgia(PTN).Method:104 cases were divided into two groups in random,with 52 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Sanfeng Jiejing Formula and the observation group were treated with acupuncture in addition.The clinical efficacy,pain degree and living quality was compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group(94.23%)was higher than that of the control group(78.85%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and TCM symptom score of two groups decreased and the decrease degree of the observation group were larger than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the QOL score of two groups increased and the increase degree of the observation group was larger than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with drugs could increase clinical efficacy,reduce pain and improve symptoms in treatment of PTN.
