基于GGE双标图对青稞区试点代表性及品系稳定性的分析 被引量:8

摘要 稳产性和丰产性是实现饲料作物品种大面积推广的前提。为准确评价青稞区试点的环境代表性和鉴别力以及青稞品系的适应性,丰产性和稳产性,试验采用GGE双标图法对2011~2013年国家青稞区域试验8个试点的10个新品系进行分析。结果表明:8个试点甘肃合作(E1)、青海西宁(E2)、青海互助(E3)、青海西海镇(E4)、西藏拉萨(E5)、四川马尔康(E6)、四川道孚(E7)和云南迪庆(E8),E1是最理想的试点,有较好的鉴别能力,而E5在鉴别能力和环境代表性上较差。10个新品系中,G9(9642),G6(9640)和G2(037)的表现较好,G9和G2的稳产性(E1)和丰产性较好,而G3(XZ-01)较差。表明GGE双标图法能够较好的评价区域试验试点的代表性和参试品系的产量特征,为客观评价青稞新品系的高产性和稳产性提供简便、有效的分析手段。 Stability and yielding ability are the preconditions for the large-scale extension of forage crop cultivars.In order to accurately evaluate the environmental representativeness and discriminability of cultivar test sites,as well as the adaptability and high yield stability of highland barley,the data of 10 new highland barley lines from 8 national highland barley cultivar test sites(Gansu Hezuo,E1;Qinghai Xining,E2;Qinghai Huzhu,E3;Qinghai Xihai Town,E4;Tibet Lhasa,E5;Sichuan Maerkang,E6;Sichuan Daofu,E7 and Yunnan Diqing,E8)during 2011 to 2013 were analyzed.The results showed that E1 was the desirable site with favorable discriminability,and E5 was poor in discriminability and environment representation.Among 10 new lines,G9(9642),G6(9640)and G2(037)performed better represent ability,the stability and yielding ability of G9 and G2(E1)was better,while G3(xz-01)was poor.It could be concluded that GGE bioplotting method was suitable for evaluating the representative of test sites and yield characteristics of the tested lines.
