摘要
基于载客汽车、载货汽车、简易机车、公共交通和其他汽车等不同类型车辆保有量、年均行驶里程和燃油经济性指标,对2000-2014年江苏省公路运输的碳排放量分布情况进行了核算和分析,在此基础上从车辆结构、能源结构、政策供给、供应链低碳一体化等多维视角,提出了江苏省公路运输节能减排的策略建议,为2020年江苏全面建成绿色循环低碳交通运输示范省份提供决策信息和方案参考。
In this paper,based on such indexes as the keeping amount,annual mileage and fuel economy of the passenger vehicles,trucks,simple locomotives,public transportation and other types of vehicles,we accounted and analyzed the distribution of the highway transport carbon emissions in Jiangsu from 2000 to 2014,then on this basis,from the multi-dimensional perspectives of vehicle structure,energy structure,policy supply,and supply chain low carbon integration,proposed the strategies of energy saving and emission reduction for the highway transportation industry in Jiangsu.
