摘要
橇装模块化设计具有建设周期短、占地面积小、重复利用率高等特点,近年来在油气田建设行业得到推广应用。电控一体化集成装置是将油气场站控制中心和动力中心部分集成在一起,形成以油气站场控制为核心的橇装一体化成套装置,实现了橇装化站场除工艺系统外全部橇装的要求,具有集成程度和自动化程度高的优点。电控一体化集成装置在油田站场的应用,对于提高场站自动化水平、提高运行可靠性、缩短建设周期,以及降低建设投资具有重要意义。
In recent years,because of its short construction period,small area,and high repeat utilization rate,the skid-mounted modular design has been widely applied in the oil and gas field construction industry.The electric control integrated device integrates the control center and the power center of oil and gas field stations,forming a set of skid-mounted integrated device of the control core in oil and gas field stations.The device meets all skid-mounted requirements of skid-mounted stations except for the process system skid,with advantages of high degree of integration and automation.The application of the device in oilfield stations is of great significance for improving the level of automation,enhancing the reliability of operation,shortening the construction period,and reducing the construcion investment.
