摘要
地方本科高校转型发展,是"变"与"不变"的辩证统一:转型发展需要"变"的是发展理念、发展定位、发展方式和发展主体;高校的转型发展,是在传承与守护基础上的创新,在保守与开放之间获取自由的革故鼎新过程,而非无源之水式的求异与放弃,一方面意味着地方高校在"大建设"基础上的新发展,同时也意味着传统大学精神的回归与坚守。地方本科高校转型发展是进化而非革命,转型发展要把握好教育基本规律,积极探索转型发展的可行路径,构建转型发展的新动能,实现高品位的转型发展。
The transformation and development of local colleges and universities are a dialectical unification of the“changeable”and the“unchangeable”,which means the concept,positioning,method,and main body concerning development need to change but they are only innovative based on inheritance and preservation of the old rather than simply seeking the difference and giving up the tradition.It is a process of improvement through reforms;it is both a new development on the basis of“extensive constructions”and the recurrence of and adherence to the traditional spirit of universities;and it is evolutionary rather than revolutionary.The high-grade transformation and development of local undergraduate universities must follow the basic rules of education,explore feasible approaches,and construct new dynamics.
