摘要
在惯性基准法和弦测法的基础上,提出了一种新的轨道检测方法,即基于陀螺仪的轨道高低不平顺检测。建立基于陀螺仪的轨道高低不平顺检测数学模型,设计低通滤波器和对应的补偿滤波器完成陀螺仪数据的预处理并消除速度影响,设计高通滤波器消除陀螺仪信号中的趋势项,采用频率取样法构造逆滤波器对轨道高低不平顺予以复原。在检测车构架上安装陀螺仪,采集高低不平顺实际测量数据进行试验验证,结果表明,该模型和算法成功复原了轨道高低不平顺,具有可行性。
Based on inertial reference method and string test method,this paper presented a new detection method,track irregularity detection by gyroscope.The corresponding mathematical model was established.The low-pass f ilter and the corresponding compensation f ilter were designed to preprocess the gyroscope data and eliminate the inf luence of speed.The high-pass f ilter was designed to eliminate the trend term in the gyroscope signal.Frequency sampling method was used to construct the inverse f ilter to realize the recovery of track irregularities.The gyroscope was installed on the frame of inspection train to collect the actual data and carry out experimental verif ication.The results show that the model and algorithm can successfully recover the track irregularities,which is feasible.
