摘要
为摸清爆炸危险场所电气防爆安全管理的现状,深入排查爆炸危险场所电气安全隐患,采用资料审查及现场检查检测相结合的方法,重点检查检测了100家企业爆炸危险场所在役防爆电气设备。检测结果发现现场爆炸危险区域划分不明确、防爆电气设备选型不正确、防爆电气设备及其线路安装不规范、接地电阻检测数据不合格。分析得出:企业防爆电气设备安全管理意识和水平、电气防爆技术能力以及安全监管人员技术能力均有待提高。建议建立电气防爆定期检测工作机制、加强电气防爆特种作业培训、加大企业防爆电气隐患排查整改力度、强化防爆电气安全监督检查力度,加强防爆电气安全监管能力建设。
In order to feel out the present situation of electrical explosion-proof safety management and deeply investigate the electrical safety hazards in dangerous places in explosive dangerous places,explosion-proof electrical equipment in service were inspected and tested in 100 enterprises by using the way of combination of data review and field testing.The test results show that the division of explosion hazard area is not clear,the type selection of explosion-proof electrical equipment is not correct,the installation of explosion-proof electrical equipment and its circuit is not standard,and the test data of grounding resistance are not up to standard.It is concluded that the consciousness and level of safety management,the technical ability of electrical explosion-proof and the technical ability of safety supervisor need to be improved.It is suggested to establish the regular inspection mechanism of electrical explosion-proof,strengthen the training of special operation of electrical explosion-proof,improve the investigation and rectification safety hazards of electrical explosion-proof in enterprises,enhance the supervision and inspection of electrical safety of explosion-proof,and to strengthen the construction of supervision and control of electrical safety of explosion-proof.
