摘要
为了评价半柔性路面材料的抗裂性能,分析其开裂机理,采用半圆弯曲试验方法评价不同温度、不同母体孔隙率下半柔性路面材料的抗裂性能。试验结果表明,半柔性路面材料的断裂韧度随温度的降低而降低、随着母体沥青混合料空隙率和养护龄期的增加而增大;当环境温度达到沥青的软化点时,半柔性路面材料的断裂韧度大幅度下降。
In order to evaluate the anti-cracking performance of semi-flexible pavement materials and analyze its cracking mechanism,the method of semi-circular bending test was used to evaluate the anti-cracking performance of semi-flexible pavement materials under different temperatures and different matrix porosity.The test results show that the fracture toughness of semi-flexible pavement material decreases with the decrease of temperature and increases with the increase of void ratio and curing age of maternal asphalt mixture;when the ambient temperature reaches the softening point of asphalt,the fracture toughness of semi-flexible pavement material decreases greatly.
