摘要
介绍了一种针对炸药卷包装的全自动侧推式装袋机。从物料的排列到叠层,包装袋的取袋到套袋,最后完成物料的填充及缝包全自动化的设计。设备可适应多种规格的切换,更换规格可在较短时间内完成,更适合现在柔性化生产的要求。
A new design of fully-automatic side pushing bagging machine was introduced for explosive packaging,starting from materials sorting to stacking,bagging,up-filling and automatic package sewing.The new equipment is adap-table to the conversion between a variety of specifications.The replacement can be completed in a short time.It is better in line with the current flexible production requirements.
