摘要
基于创新价值链理论构建技术创新强度综合评价指标体系。采用我国2005-2015年30个省(直辖市、自治区)面板数据,对各省市技术创新强度进行综合评价,并通过构建空间面板联立方程模型对技术创新与生产性服务业集聚的空间交互效应进行实证检验。研究发现:我国技术创新强度不均衡特征明显,且区域差距不断扩大;技术创新和生产性服务业集聚具有显著的双向互动促进效应,技术创新对生产性服务业集聚的促进效应更为明显;技术创新对生产性服务业集聚存在空间挤出效应,生产性服务业集聚对技术创新的空间交互效应不显著。因此,应充分考虑技术创新与生产性服务业集聚的交互效应和空间效应,将技术创新能力提升和生产性服务业集聚发展立足于空间体系,增强区域技术创新交流,发展具有地方特色的生产性服务业集聚区,实现技术创新与产业集聚的良性互动。
This paper establishes an assessment index system based on the theory of the innovative value chain,evaluates comprehensively the technological innovation intensity and empirically tests the spatial interaction effect between technological innovation and industrial agglomeration using the panel data of 30 provinces in China during 2005-2015 through spatial simultaneous equation model.The results show that the technological innovation intensity in China is not balanced and the regional difference has a tendency of expansion.There is a remarkable mutual promoting effect between technological innovation and agglomeration of producer services,the multiplier effect of technological innovation on agglomeration of producer services is more obvious.The spatial spillover effect of technological innovation on agglomeration of producer services is negative,but the spatial interaction effect of agglomeration of producer services on technological innovation is not significant.The interaction effect and spatial effect between technological innovation and agglomeration of producer services should be considered,stand on the frame of spatial system,strengthen technological interchange and develop industry cluster district,in order to realize the interactive development of technological innovation and industrial agglomeration.
