4种边坡常见蕨类孢子人工种子萌发技术研究 被引量:1

Study on Germination Technology of Artificial Seeds of Four Common Fern Spores on Slope

摘要 采用正交试验法研究了MS大量元素、KT、赤霉素及多菌灵对线羽凤尾蕨(Pteris linearis)、华南毛蕨(Cyclosorus parasiticus)、蜈蚣蕨(Pteris vittata)和乌毛蕨(Blechnum orientale)孢子人工种子萌发的影响,并进一步研究了不同光质和不同储藏时间对孢子萌发的影响。结果发现,大量元素浓度,KT浓度和多菌灵浓度对4种蕨类孢子萌发率具有极显著的影响,添加MS大量元素,赤霉素50mg/L,多菌灵0.05%,可有效促进孢子萌发。G 1(全光照)和G 3(红光长)在一定程度上可以提高线羽凤尾蕨孢子的萌发率;G 2(红光短)和G 4(红蓝光4∶1)可以提高华南毛蕨孢子的萌发率;G 3(红光)可以促进乌毛蕨孢子萌发率;而蜈蚣蕨孢子的萌发率在这4种光下没有显著性差异。线羽凤尾蕨在储藏60d时萌发率最高,其它3种蕨在储藏30d时萌发率最高。 Effects of mass elements of MS,KT,GA 3,and carbendazim on the germination of spore artificial seeds of Pteris linearis,Cyclosorus parasiticus,Pteris vittata and Blechnum orientale were studied by orthogonal test,and the effects of different photoplasm and storage time on the germination of spores were further studied.The results showed that the concentration of a large number of elements,KT concentration and carbendazim concentration had an extremely significant influence on the spore germination rate of the four ferns.Adding a large number of elements MS,gibberellin 50 mg/L,and carbendazim 0.05%could effectively promote spore germination.To some extent,G 1(full light)and G 3(red light long)can improve the germination rate of spores of P.linear.G 2(red light short)and G 4(red&blue light ratio 4∶1)can increase the spore germination rate of C.parasiticus.G 3(red light)can promote spore germination rate of Blechnum orientale.There was no significant difference in the spores germination rate of P.vittata.in these four types of illumination.The spore germinating rate of P.linearis was highest at 60 days of storage,the germination rate of the other three ferns was highest at 30 days of storage.
