固定化脱氮菌对养殖水体中氨氮控制效果研究 被引量:5

摘要 以沸石为载体,吸附固定化耐盐氨氧化-反硝化菌株,探讨固定化菌株对氨氮的去除能力;创建海水养殖系统,通过投加固定化脱氮菌株,分析其对养殖水体中的氨氮控制效果及其影响因素。结果表明,沸石固定化菌剂的含菌量为1.55×1010 CFU/g,对氨氮的控制效果受溶解氧、环境温度和菌剂投加量的影响较大,用沸石固定后菌剂对温度变化有更好的耐受性。当溶解氧含量大于6.5mg/L,温度为30℃,在50mL体系中加2g沸石固定化的微生物菌剂,24h时,最高可去除90mg/L的氨氮。在海水养殖环境中,将沸石固定化菌剂平铺于土工布袋内,将布袋覆盖于沉积物-水界面,覆盖率2.5%,发现固定化菌剂在9d内能够显著抑制水中氨氮的产生,对氨氮的控制率达到(73±17)%。本研究表明该固定化脱氮菌株能够很好的降低养殖水体中氨氮浓度,为其在海水养殖系统中的应用提供了数据支撑。 To explore the controlling ability of ammonia nitrogen in marine aquaculture system,zeolite was used to immobilize the salt-resistant ammoxidation-denitrification bacterium and the immobilized strain was following applied in the system.The performance of ammonia removal and several influencing factors were also investigated.The results showed that the concentration of zeolite immobilized bacteria accounted to 1.55×10 10 CFU/g.The control effect of ammonia nitrogen by the immobilized strain was greatly influenced by dissolved oxygen,water temperature and dosage of bacterial inoculum.Immobilization by zeolite improved the bacterium’s tolerance to temperature change.Two gram of zeolite immobilized microbial agent in 50 mL system removed up to 90 mg/L ammonia nitrogen at 24 h at the dissolved oxygen content of 6.5 mg/L,30℃.In the mariculture environment,the zeolite immobilized bacterial agent was filled into a geotextile bag and the bag was applied at the sediment-water interface with a coverage of 2.5%.It was found that the immobilized agent significantly inhibited ammonia nitrogen production in water within 9 days.The control rate of ammonia nitrogen reached(73±17)%.This study showed that the immobilized ammonia removal strains could well reduce the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in aquaculture water and provided technical support for its application in mariculture system.
