摘要
目的分析加味琥珀散治疗50例肾虚血瘀型子宫内膜异位症患者的疗效。方法对50例肾虚血瘀型子宫内膜异位症患者治疗前后的中医症候评分、血清CA125水平、痛经症状积分、卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿大小进行统计分析。结果采用加味琥珀散治疗子宫内膜异位症治愈3例(6%),显效25例(50%),有效21例(42%),无效1例(2%)。治疗后3个月受孕率为10%。治疗后中医症候积分、CA125水平、痛经程度、卵巢囊肿大小都较治疗前显著下降(P <0. 05)。结论加味琥珀散治疗子宫内膜异位症具有显著性疗效。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of modified Huposan on endometriosis due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods Fifty patients with endometriosis due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis were enrolled in the study.The TCM symptom score before and after treatment,the serum levels of CA125,dysmenorrhea symptom score and the size of ovarian endometriosis cyst were observed and analyzed statistically.Results Among the 50 patients,3 cases were cured,accounting for 6%,25 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 50%,and 21 cases were effective,accounting for 42%,1 case was invalid,accounting for 2%.Moreover the pregnancy rate after 3-month treatment was 10%.After treatment,TCM syndrome scores,CA125 levels,dysmenorrhea degree,ovarian cyst size were significantly decreased,as compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Huposan has obvious therapeutic effects on endometriosis.
