不同锥度牙胶垂直加压根管充填术在牙源性上颌骨囊肿疼痛伴感染患者中的临床应用观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨不同锥度牙胶垂直加压根管充填术在牙源性上颌骨囊肿疼痛伴感染患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取2015年9月至2017年8月于我院于我院行牙胶垂直加压根管充填术治疗的牙源性上颌骨囊肿疼痛伴感染患者100例,随机分为A组和B组各50例。A组采用0.02锥度牙胶尖行热牙胶垂直加压充填术, B组采用0.06锥度牙胶尖行热牙胶垂直加压充填术,比较两组的根管充填情况、治疗效果及根管充填时间。结果 B组的治疗有效率为96.00%,显著高于A组的84.00%(P <0.05)。B组的根管充填时间显著短于A组(P <0.05)。结论大锥度牙胶垂直加压根管充填术治疗牙源性上颌骨囊肿疼痛伴感染患者,效果较好,根管充填情况满意,患者术后恢复好,同时还能显著缩短治疗时间,提高医生工作效率,减轻医患双方疲劳程度。 Objective To explore the clinical application effect of different conical degrees of gutta-percha vertical compression root canal filling in patients with odontogenic maxillary cyst pain and infection.Methods 100 cases of patients with odontogenic maxillary cyst pain and infection undergoing gutta-percha vertical compression root canal filling in our hospital from September 2015 to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B,with 50 cases in each group.Group A was given the 0.02 conical degree of gutta-percha point for thermal gutta-percha vertical compression root canal filling,while group B was given the 0.06 conical degree of gutta-percha point.The root canal filling condition,treatment effect and root canal filling time were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment of group B was 96.00%,significantly higher than 84.00%of group A(P<0.05).The root canal filling time of group B was significantly shorter than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusions Large conical degree of gutta-percha vertical compression root canal filling in patients with odontogenic maxillary cyst pain and infection has better effect and satisfying root canal filling condition with good postoperative recovery,which can significantly shorten the treatment time,and improve the efficiency of doctors and reduce the fatigue of both doctors and patients.
