摘要
目的探讨开展孕妇学校健康教育对降低剖宫产率的效果。方法选取我院2017年3月至2018年2月于我院产检分娩的600例阴道试产的产妇,随机分为对照组和观察组各300例。对照组未接受孕妇学校健康教育,观察组接受孕妇学校健康教育,比较两组产妇的分娩方式和妊娠合并症情况。结果观察组的自然分娩率和剖宫产率分别为95.0%、 5.0%,明显优于对照组的90.7%、 9.3%(P <0.05)。观察组的妊娠合并症发生率为5.7%,明显低于对照组的13.0%(P <0.05)。结论开展孕妇学校健康教育可降低剖宫产和妊娠合并症发生率,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of health education in maternity school on reducing cesarean section rate.Methods 600 cases of puerperas with prenatal examination trying vaginal delivery in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 300 cases in each group.The control group did not receive health education in maternity school,while the observation group received health education in maternity school.The delivery methods and pregnancy complications were compared between the two groups.Results The natural labor rate and cesarean section rate of the observation group were respectively 95.0%and 5.0%,significantly better than 90.7%and 9.3%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of pregnancy complications of the observation group was 5.7%,significantly lower than 13.0%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Health education in maternity school can reduce the cesarean section rate and incidence of pregnancy complications,which is worthy of promotion.
