摘要
文章通过研究东莞冷链物流配送中心选址问题,对影响东莞冷链物流配送中心选址的因素进行了分析和探讨,结合东莞冷链市场的现状,利用定量与定性法对东莞冷链物流配送中心选址问题分析研究,最终通过层次分析法确定出东莞冷链物流配送中心的选址位置,为其他冷链配送中心的选址决策提供一定的理论依据。
This paper studies the location of cold chain logistics distribution center in Dongguan,analyzes and discusses the factors affecting the location of Dongguan cold chain logistics distribution center,combining the cold chain market in Dongguan.The status quo,the use of quantitative and qualitative analysis of cold chain logistics distribution center in Dongguan,the problem of analysis and study,and ultimately through the analytic hierarchy process to determine Dongguan cold chain logistics center location selection program,it provides a theoretical basis for the location decision of other cold chain distribution centers.
